As another year closes, so leaves the opportunity to rehearse past frailties, discord; anomalies which threaten to hamper the garden of life beginning to grow around you. There are many speakers and ministers in this hour sharing a vision of the coming year and sowing seeds of empowerment for congregations in general today. In agreement I speak with that one voice as God ordains. You are Not Finished! There’s still work to DO! Forget the stumbles and missteps of your past Today is your beginning to bear fruit. 2014 is over. 2015 is here and with it an opportunity for you to deliver the promise to the land. God hath said!

I shall live and not die! I shall live to declare the works of the Lord!

In all the revelry and celebrating I celebrate this fact. I remain. I remain vigilante, determined, focused… I am still here! You are still here. Despite the turmoil and innuendo; you are here in a time and opportunity to declare the works of the Lord.  This means the shields still working (of faith). The helmet is still protecting (of salvation). His righteousness is beating all in your chest. This is the year you work your sword! Put God’s word to action.

I took an opportunity yesterday for a pity party. Today, I wipe my face wash my hair – put on my Sunday best and… Anything that is not of faith, as I live – I exercise the power of the word! God said! He is not a man that He has to lie. This storm, this adversity, this test – everything that troubled me surrounding me; threatening to engulf me in 2014 will and must bow to the word of today – you speak! Do you dare speak God’s word to your situation?

Will you speak God’s word over it? Exercise the gift God gave you and Christ purchased in His blood. Dominion – it’s yours. By faith speak to the troubles Psalm 118:17
